The following sets out the procedures and processes by which we collect and process our users' personal data. The Policy describes the procedures we follow in relation to our users' personal data and informs them of their rights in relation to their personal data. The terms of this Policy apply to all users.

  • 1. Terms used in this Policy.

    • 1.1.
      'We' refers to DID Global LTD, a limited liability company whose head office is located at 3RD FLOOR SUITE 207 REGENT STREET, ENGLAND, W1B3HH, UNITED KINGDOM.
    • 1.2.
      'Service' - a virtual mechanism that includes the implementation of IP telephony service provision and is implemented through the 'Client's Personal Account'. Refers to an object of intellectual property rights, in particular a computer programme (software product) called 'DID Global', which users can access via the Internet at the website:https://didglobal.biz.
    • 1.3.
      "You" refers to each of our users.
    • 1.4.
      'Terms of Use' refers to the Terms of Use posted in your personal account.
    • 1.5.
      "Policy" refers to this Privacy Policy.
    • 1.6.
      'Visitor' refers to you as someone who has visited the website but does not have or has not registered an account. From the moment you register, you are subject to the additional data processing terms included in the Terms of Use apart from certain provisions of this Policy.
    • 1.7.
      'Account' refers to the tool that provides access to a customer's personal account via the Internet. It contains information about the user, their means of access, identification, authentication, authorisation procedures, account identifier, statistical data and other information about the use of the Service and your actions.

      'Client's Personal Account' - a virtual section of our website where you can customise, manage and monitor the terms and conditions of the services you receive, select functionality, create and change settings, access usage statistics and more.
    • 1.8.
      'Website' - covers the information resource of DID Global Ltd on the Internet, consisting of a certain number of web pages, each of which has its own content and Internet address, and which is freely or conditionally available to users under a certain domain name.
    • 1.9.
      'Information about you' includes data relating to:

      an e-mail address;
    • b
      a telephone number that belongs to you (which we may collect from you via the 'Leave a request' module, the chat module or by email);

      cookies;
    • d
      online messenger ID (Telegram, Viber, Messenger), which we may receive through the 'Leave a Request' module, the chat module if you fill in the relevant fields, or by email, as well as any other data you may disclose to us while using the Service (for example, when communicating with our technical support team).
    • * The 'Leave a request' module and the chat module are located in the upper and lower right corner of the screen of our website. The said modules will not be available for use if 'Preferences' cookies are disabled.
    • 1.10.
      'Our email' means our specially created email address:gdpr@didglobal.biz used to communicate with data subjects regarding the collection and processing of their personal data, including instructions on how to process personal data.
  • 2. Our powers.

    • 2.1.
      We are the controller and the visitor is the data subject.
    • When using our website without registration:

      The visitor acts as a data subject because he/she provides us with information about himself/herself.

      We are the controller because we, alone or jointly with others, determine the purposes and means of processing the personal data of our visitors.
    • After registering on our website (creating an account and authorising in it), our relationship regarding the processing of personal data is also governed by the Data Processing Agreement (DPA) included in the terms of use.
  • 3. Processing purposes.

      Purposes of processing Information about you. Processing such information serves the following purposes:

      ensuring and/or enhancing the security of the Service;

    • We warrant that any purposes not expressly stated in this paragraph are limited to our own use.
  • 4. Grounds of processing.

      Legal basis for processing Information about you.
    • If you are the visitor:

      cookies. We rely on the visitor's consent to process his or her personal data for one or more of the specific purposes set out in Section 3.1. of this Policy. Such consent is provided by the visitor through the 'Cookie Consent' field under the terms of this Policy and the Tracking Technology Policy (see Section 8);

      any other personal data. We also rely on Legitimate Interest as the legal basis for lawful processing of personal data. This basis of processing applies when we directly collect personal data about a visitor from them via email or through our support chat / Contact Us module (which will not be available if you disable the Settings setting in the cookie consent field). A legitimate interest is to assist you with issues relating to your use of the Website and/or Service or any other matter for which you may contact us.
    • If you are not the visitor.
    • All other legal bases for processing our users' personal data are described in the Personal Data Protection Policy.
  • 5. Categories of personal data.

    • 5.1.
      Categories of visitors' personal data. We collect and process the following categories of visitor personal data

      Identity data (via cookies): this includes visitor location, preferences, IP addresses, device information, browsing history and website activity.

      contact data (via email / leave a request module / support chat): this category includes email addresses, telephone numbers, messenger IDs (Telegram, Viber, Messenger), voice messages and/or any other information you may directly provide to us via the above communication channels.

      personalised settings (via cookies): this category covers personal settings, interests and characteristics such as language settings and marketing settings.
    • 5.2.
      All other categories of personal data of our users are defined in the Personal Data Protection Policy and are used when a user registers and uses an account.
  • 6. Processing of personal information.

    • 6.1.
      Our processing of visitors' personal data. We process such information based on the following principles and grounds:

      lawfulness, fairness and transparency: we process information about you on the basis of your consent or our legitimate interests (section 4) and this process is open and transparent. You can withdraw your consent and/or restrict our legitimate interests if you do not want your data to be processed by us in this way at any time by sending us an email to this effect;

      purpose limitation: we obtain and process data solely for the purposes set out in section 3;

      data minimisation: we only receive and process as much data (section 5) as is necessary to achieve our defined purposes;

      accuracy: we enable you to maintain the accuracy of your personal data and will update it as necessary. You can do this yourself in your Customer Area or provide us with instructions by sending them to our email address: gdpr@didglobal.biz;

      retention limitation: We retain personal data received only for the necessary period to fulfil certain purposes. The retention periods are set out in clause 6.9 of the Policy;

      Integrity and confidentiality: We ensure an appropriate level of protection for the personal data we receive, safeguarding them against unauthorized access, loss, or damage (Section 8 of the Policy).

      accountability: we are responsible for complying with the terms and conditions, ensuring that we process personal data appropriately and ensuring that we comply with the GDPR.
    • 6.2.
      Other grounds and principles for processing our users' personal data are defined in the Personal Data Protection Policy and apply when a user registers for and uses an account in the Customer Area.
    • 6.3.
      Your instructions. We process your information based on your instructions. Your instructions cover actions and settings carried out within the Site, as well as instructions sent to us directly by email and/or telephone and/or via the 'Contact Us' module and/or support chat, as well as in the customer's personal account.
    • 6.4.
      However, if we are unable to fulfil any of your instructions regarding the processing of personal data at any point in our co-operation, we will notify you of the impossibility and may refuse to make further use of the personal data collected from you. In such cases, we will delete all personal data collected from you and you acknowledge that our actions cannot be considered to infringe your rights and/or interests or cause harm.
    • 6.5.
      Your obligations. As you are the controller of your information, we require you to comply with the obligations set out in this Policy, the local laws of your country of residence or the laws applicable to each of your accounts. In particular, you are expected to respect the rights, such as the right to be forgotten, of each data subject who is your user or whose personal data you provide to us.
    • 6.6.
      Data Submission and Control. You provide us with data through the functionality of the Website and your personal customer account while using it or by chatting with us. You have discretion over the amount of data you share with us. In addition, you have autonomous control over all of your personal data, including Your Information and Information about you, through your Customer Account. Prior to registering an account, the Visitor autonomously chooses the scope of information that he or she wishes to provide to us. In particular, the Visitor has the option to restrict the transfer of any of his/her personal data to us unless he/she selects the appropriate settings in the cookie banner.
    • 6.7.
      Our warranties. We further warrant and undertake to:

      comply with the GDPR and notify you in the event of any non-compliance.

      never sell your personal data or disclose it to others or in any way not specified in the Personal Data Protection Policy.
    • 6.8.
      Automated Decision Making. We do not use automated decision-making technologies and/or algorithms in our Service or on the Site.
    • 6.9.
      Processing Period. The beginning of the period of processing of your personal data is the day on which you accepted the terms of this Policy. The end of the personal data processing period, as applicable, is:

      the last calendar day of the fifth year from the date of your last use of our Service; or
    • b
      the day on which you withdraw your consent to the processing of personal data.
    • 6.10.
      Usage. When you visit our Website, we store the name of your internet service provider, the website from which you accessed us, the sections of our Website you visit, the date and duration of your visit, and information from the device (device type, operating system, screen resolution, language, country you are in, and type of web browser) you used during your visit, the pages visited, your GA ClientID, your IP address. We use your IP address and/or country preference to approximate your location to provide you with the best service experience.
    • 6.11.
      Liability. We are solely responsible, in all applicable cases, for ensuring that the collection and processing of personal data complies with the requirements of the Personal Data Protection Policy, and for any consequences arising from a breach of its provisions.
  • 7. Privacy and security.

    • 7.1.
      Taking into account current developments in technology, implementation costs, the nature, scope, context and purposes of the Processing, as well as the various risks associated with potential harm and the severity of such harm (its impact) on the rights and freedoms of Data Subjects, we apply suitable technical and organisational measures to ensure an appropriate level of security commensurate with these risks.
    • 7.2.
      We assess the appropriate level of security during the provision of services, taking into account the risks associated with the processing, in particular those arising from potential breaches of personal data security.
    • 7.3.
      Confidentiality of communication. We guarantee the security of the content of your communication with us.
    • 7.4.
      Actions in the event of a Personal Data breach. We will notify you immediately as soon as we become aware of a Personal Data breach (security incident) that adversely affects your information and/or Information about you. In such cases, we will provide you with all available information about the security incident to enable you to fulfil any obligation to notify or inform Data Subjects, supervisory and/or regulatory authorities about the Personal Data breach. We will send this notification to the email address associated with your account.
  • 8. Cookies

    • 8.1.
      Our website uses cookies. A cookie is a file containing an identifier (a string of letters and numbers) that is sent by a web server to a web browser and stored by the browser. The identifier is then sent back to the server each time the browser requests a page from the server. Cookies can be either ‘persistent’ or ‘session’ cookies: persistent cookies are stored by the web browser and remain valid until their set expiry date unless the user deletes them before they expire; session cookies, on the other hand, expire at the end of the user's session when the web browser is closed.
