You are responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of all login IDs, passwords and other means of access to the Service in your possession from unauthorized use. The Company shall not be liable for any damages caused by unauthorized use of the User’s account.

You agree not to use or allow the use of the Service directly or indirectly for:

uploading or distributing computer viruses, worms, trojans, malware, spyware, or other harmful code;

violation of intellectual property rights or misappropriation of commercial confidential information of any third party; or

conducting any business or operation in violation of applicable law.

You may not:

use DID Global for any unlawful purpose, or to harm or violate any local, state, national or international law, including, but not limited to, laws governing intellectual property and other proprietary rights, as well as data protection and privacy;

delete, refuse to perform, disable, damage or otherwise interfere with security-related features of DID Global, features that prevent or restrict the use or copying of any content available through DID Global, or features that impose restrictions on the use of DID Global;

reprogram, decompile, disassemble, decipher, analyze or otherwise attempt to discover the source code of the Service, the Website or any part thereof;

modify, adapt, translate or create derivative works based on DID Global;

Failure to comply with any of these rules may result in the termination of the User's account and the termination of access to the Service without any compensation or refunds.

We reserve the right to unilaterally refuse to use the Service without any compensation or refunds to anyone who supports aggression against Ukraine (including by paying taxes, fees, or other payments in favor of the aggressor country) or is related to the business of the aggressor country or countries supporting aggression against Ukraine.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Company, its subsidiaries, affiliates, directors, employees and agents, from and against any and all claims and/or demands from third parties, and to indemnify and hold harmless the Company, its subsidiaries, affiliates, directors, employees and agents, from and against any and all claims, actions or demands made against any of the foregoing parties based on: (a) any breach of these Terms by you or anyone using the Service using your login credentials; (b) any violation of law or the rights of third parties in connection with your use of the Service.

The right to access and use the Service shall be immediately terminated upon your violation of any provisions of the Terms.

If any part or any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid by a court of competent jurisdiction, such a finding shall not invalidate the remaining provisions and they shall continue in full force and effect.

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
